Terms & Conditions for Free Program

By enrolling in the James Grover Learning Free Program, learners agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Video Submission Requirement

  • After completing each lecture, learners are required to create and upload a video implementing the concepts taught in the session.

  • The video should showcase the learner’s understanding and practical application of the content.

2. Deadline for Submission

  • Learners must upload the video to their social media platforms within 3 days of attending the class.

  • The post must include a collaboration tag with James Grover Learning to verify participation.

  • If the video is not uploaded within the stipulated time, the learner’s admission to the program will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

3. Content Usage & Credit

  • James Grover Learning reserves the right to repost, share, and promote learner-generated content on its official social media platforms and marketing materials.

  • Full credit will be given to the original creator in all reposts.

  • By participating, learners grant James Grover Learning permission to use their content for promotional purposes.

4. Certificate & Fee Structure

  • The entire learning program is completely free; however, if a learner wishes to receive a certificate, there will be a nominal fee of ₹499.

  • This certificate can be used to apply for jobs globally and validate the learner’s skills.

  • The fee is only applicable to learners who want a certificate; it is not mandatory for participation in the program.

5. Compliance & Authenticity

  • The submitted video must be authentic and original; plagiarism or misuse of third-party content is strictly prohibited.

  • Learners should ensure their content is respectful and aligns with the values of James Grover Learning.

6. Program Termination & Enforcement

  • Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the free program.

  • James Grover Learning reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with prior notice to learners.
